(RBI/Belapur Regional office/Estate/7/24-25/ET/512[Providing n Fixing Paver Block]) The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on November 11, 2024, at 11:00 hrs. Two firms participated in the Pre-bid meeting. List of participants given in Annex-I. 2. AGM (Estate) in her inaugural address welcomed the representatives of the firms and briefed the forum about the captioned work. Thereafter queries of the firms were taken-up for discussion. 3. ii) The basic rate has been inadvertently indicated in the tender document as paver block for item no. 08. It was clarified in the meeting that the Basic Rate of Granite for BoQ item no. 08 may be considered as ₹1908/- per Sqmt exclusive of GST. | 4. The sample designs of Paver Blocks to be used are affixed at Annex-II. 5. These minutes of pre-bid meeting / corrigendum shall form the part of Bid document and Agreement/ Contract. 6. The terms, conditions and specifications of the tender/ Bid document shall continue to remain same unless otherwise stated / clarified in this corrigendum. 7. The above clarifications are issued for the information and necessary action for all the intending bidders. 8. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
