Reserve Bank of India, Bengaluru invites manual tender from eligible vendors for Conducting Water Audit of Banks’ Main office Building and six residential colonies at Bengaluru. The Tender along with the detailed tender notice is available on the website of the RBI at https://www.rbi.org.in under the menu “Tenders”. 2. The estimated cost of the work is ₹3.25 lakh (Rupees Three lakh Twenty-Five thousand rupees approx.), however the actual amount may vary. 3. The schedule for the Tendering process is as under: | Estimated cost for the work | ₹3.25 Lakh inclusive of GST | | Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) | Rs. 6500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred only) in the form of Demand Draft/NEFT. | | Time for completion of audit | 90 days from the 10th day of issue of work order. | | Date from which tender document is available for downloading | November 15, 2024; 10:00 AM onwards | | Date of pre-bid meeting | November 22, 2024 at 03:00 PM | | Start bid Date | November 15, 2024; 10:00 AM onwards | | Last date for submission of the tender | December 06, 2024 at 2.00 PM | | Date & time of opening of tender (Part I) | December 06, 2024 at 2.30 PM | 4. The Part-II i.e. price bid will be opened on the same day or at a later date as intimated by the Bank in respect of only those contractors/bidders who satisfy all criteria stipulated in Part-I.
