The captioned notice inviting quotation from eligible vendors was published on RBI website on February 14, 2025. In terms of the said tender document, the Pre-Bid meeting of the above tender was conducted as per the schedule on February 20, 2025 at 15.00 hrs at Conference Room, Reserve Bank of India, 2nd Floor, Jackson Gate Building, Lenin Sarani, Agartala 799 001 through offline mode to clarify the queries of the intending bidders. 2. The meeting was attended by the representatives of two firms and officials of IT Cell, RBI, Agartala as detailed below: i) List of officials participated in the meeting on behalf of the Bank: | S. These corrigendum and minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of the tender document/Agreement and the same is uploaded on RBI website. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the bidders. 6. All other terms, conditions and specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same. 7. The above clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders. 8. The submission of bid by the firm(s) shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender document and clarifications / amendments given above. 9. In case any vendors have already submitted their bids before issuance of this Corrigendum, they are advised to revise their bids (if required) and re-submit the revised Financial Bid before the submission deadline.
