Commercial conditions: Sealed Quotations are invited for Supply of printed Stationery items (as per Annex), at RBI Lucknow for an estimated cost of ₹3,00,000.00 (₹ Three Lakh only) from eligible firms. 3. Eligibility Criteria: I. Only those bidders/vendors who are qualified for the work as per pre-qualification criteria stipulated below are eligible to participate. Bidders are advised to submit the documents in support of their eligibility for the tender during the submission. II. Sealed quotations are invited for Supply of Printed Stationery items at Main Office Building, RBI Lucknow. The work is estimated to cost ₹3.0 lakhs. 4. Pre-Qualification Criteria: a. Criteria of Minimum experience in the field: 5 years (Certificate of Incorporation or, Memorandum/Articles of Association along with documentary proof to be uploaded) b. Should be empaneled with/have executed job as stationery items provider for at least three PSUs/ Nationalized Banks/ Private Banks/ Corporates during the last three financial years. (Documentary proof of empanelment/work order to be uploaded) c. Should have turnover of minimum ₹3 lakhs for each year during the last three financial years. (Audited balance sheets and Income tax return of last three financial years have to be uploaded) d. Should be able to provide service as and when required should be based in Lucknow The intending tenderers must have executed successfully similar work as mentioned above, during last three financial year,costing not less than the amount equal to 25% of the estimated cost of this work. e. The firm should have its registered office or one of its local office at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The Eligible firms may collect the Quotation form from Human Resource Management Department, Reserve Bank of India, 8-9, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (U. P.) – 226010 without any cost on Working days from Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM till March 17, 2025 or may download from our website www.rbi.org.in |
