Reserve Bank of India, Raipur invites E-Tender for providing Security Services on Outsourcing basis to Reserve Bank of India Raipur. The Reserve Bank of India, Raipur Office, currently located at Subhashish Parisar, Mahadev Ghat Road, Sunder Nagar, Raipur (C.G.), 492013 is expected to relocate to a new address at Sector-24, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur, 492101 in near future. The delivery location for all goods and services under this Contract shall initially be at Subhashish Parisar, Mahadev Ghat Road, Sunder Nagar, Raipur. As and when the Reserve Bank of India, Raipur Office relocates to the new address, the delivery location for all goods and services under this Contract shall also shift to the new address located at Nava Raipur. The Bank shall provide the Supplier with at least seven (7) days' prior written notice of the relocation date. Upon receipt of the written notice, the Supplier shall deliver all goods and services to the new address in Sector-24, Nava Raipur for the remaining duration of the Contract. The Supplier shall not be entitled to any additional compensation or adjustment to the agreed-upon rates for the delivery of goods and services to the new location in Sector-24, Nava Raipur. The prices quoted in this Contract shall remain firm and fixed for the entire duration of the Contract, irrespective of the delivery location.
