Corrigendum cum Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting Tender No. : RBI/Nagpur Regional Office/others/5/24-25/ET/996[AMC and FMS of DIT Nagpur] Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur Regional Office (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites separate Technical (Part-I) and Financial bids (Part-II) through e-Tendering from vendors who are engaged in providing Facility Management Service & Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Desktop Computers, Laptops, Printers, Card Printers, Scanners, CTS Scanners, Projectors, Access Control Devices and other Peripherals, subject to terms and conditions. The interested vendors must register themselves on the MSTC portal for participating through e-tendering – https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/. The contract will be valid for the period starting from April 01, 2025, to March 31, 2026, extendable on a yearly basis for a maximum of two (02) more years subject to satisfactory performance, or other periods as RBI may decide. The Tender (Part-I & Part-II) shall be submitted on or before 02.00 PM on March 17, 2025, through the MSTC portal only. The tenderers should electronically submit their proposal, as per the instructions regarding E-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects on or before 02.00 PM on March 17, 2025. Tenderers shall submit a tender proposal along with a refundable EMD of ₹1,20,000/-, complete in all respect as per the prescribed format. Non-payment of EMD before the due date and time will be treated as unresponsive and the tender will be rejected. The technical bids will be opened electronically on March 17, 2025, at 03.00 pm. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein.
