1. The Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad, intends to prepare a panel of reputed tailoring firms for undertaking stitching work of Summer and/or Winter uniforms/liveries for staff.

2. The estimated cost of the work is upto ₹6.50 lakh.

3. Tailoring firms, which are on the panel of the Government / Semi-Government Undertaking/s or reputed private organizations and having establishment in Ahmedabad and having minimum three years’ experience in the field, may apply in the prescribed format.

4. The firms may download the application along with Part-I and Part-II from the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in under ‘Tenders’.

5. Tailoring firms intending to apply will have to satisfy the Bank by furnishing documentary evidence in support of their possessing required eligibility and in the event of their failure to do so, the Bank reserves the right to refuse empanelment.

6. The empanelment of tailoring firms will be valid for three years.

7. (A) Duly completed application as per format in sealed envelope superscribed as ‘Application for Empanelment of Tailoring Firms for stitching work’ from eligible tailoring firms may be submitted to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, Near Gandhi Bridge, Ahmedabad-380 014 latest by Friday, March 21, 2025.

(B) Or duly completed application form along with Part-I and Part-II and all required documents can be sent by email to rdahmedabad@rbi.org.in latest by Friday, March 21, 2025.

8. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning reason thereof.
