(Tender No: RBI/Kochi Regional Office/Estate/19/24-25/ET/953) The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was held at 11:00 AM on March 05, 2025 at 3rd Floor, Conference room, Reserve Bank of India, Kochi. 2. The list of officials of the Bank and the interested bidders who participated in the pre-bid meeting is given in Annexure-I 3. Shri Sreenath L, Assistant Manager extended a warm welcome to the participants and delivered an introduction to the tender documents. The vendors were advised to comply with the guidelines and the terms and conditions mentioned in the document and to submit the required documents within the prescribed timeline. All other terms and conditions and specifications as mentioned in the tender document shall continue to remain the same. -
