Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati has invited e-tender under Two Bid system (Techno-Commercial & Financial Bid) for the above mentioned work from March 06, 2025.

2. In this connection, please refer to the Para 3.6 titled as “Broad Scope of Work” under “General Instructions to Tenderers and Specific Conditions” of the Tender Document. It is hereby informed, through this addendum, that the following scope of work has been added along with the existing broad scope of works:

“3.6.1.(3.)d.: The staff should backwash the media filters of the iron removal plant placed in GS Road Colony on alternate day with necessary material and equipment required etc. all directed by the Bank’s Engineer.”

3. Please note that the above mentioned addendum shall form the part of the tender document / Agreement and hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the bidders.

4. Bidders are advised to read the above-mentioned addendum while submitting their bids. In case of bidders who have already submitted their bids before issuance of this addendum, they are advised to revise their bids (if required) and re-submit the revised bid before the submission deadline.

5. The submission of bid by the firm(s) shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender document and clarifications / amendments given above.

6. All other terms, conditions & specifications of the tender document will remain unchanged.
