4. Data in respect of Combined finances are exclusive of NCT Delhi from 2005-06 onwards.
5. Discharge of internal debt (repayment by state governments) is included as part of capital and aggregate disbursements.
6. Data from 2017-18 onwards pertains to all state and UTs with legislatures.
